Here's what you're signing up for:

You're committing to ONE WEEK (9/23-9/29) of showing up, practicing mindfulness, making space for YOU. 

What you can expect:

  • Daily emails with inspiration, audio, and more!

  • A prompt each day - that won't take more than 10 minutes to carry out!

  • A support group of like minded moms cheering you on!

At the end of the challenge week I'll be picking one winner who will receive an exclusive, free copy of my "Mindful Mommy" journal that will be up for sale in October!
