Leah’s journey toward a healthier lifestyle started 15 years ago and she shares with me the wisdom she’s learned along the way. Here are the biggest take aways from our conversation.

1) Take it slow. Don’t try to overhaul your whole life in one weekend. Implement one small change at a time to make it manageable and digestable for the whole family.

2) Cook at home. This is the best way to have control over the amount of packaging and preservatives that your food encounters on its way to your plate!

3) Clean up your air quality. Dust! Sweep away the nasty flame retardants and other substances polluting your air.
